I put in a change request about a week ago for a really outdated page for a scanlation group I am a part of, but no one has gotten back to me and nothing has been changed on the page. How long does it usually take for these to be processed? Will I hear anything back about it? If the request is denied, will I ever find out or will it just be silently ignored?

Huh, ok. Well, the request was to update the scanlation group "Patchy Illusion Team". The page is missing a doujin scanlated two years ago, and two scanlated in the past couple weeks after a two year hiatus. The names and correct release dates of the doujins are on the front page of https://uboachan.net/ , the scanlation group's official website is https://scans.uboachan.net/ , and if it matters the doujins are available for reading online and download (but with incorrect release dates) at https://scans.uboachan.net/reader/ . All doujins translated by this group are based on the video game Yume Nikki.

Add all those yourself. You don't need to do a Change Request. I will reject releases without correct dates.
