my suggestion is: adding a Recently Added tab for wishlist and reading list
another suggestion: within each list, is it possible to have separation by years, like all my 2012 mangas that i added for my wishlist are together, instead of scrolling and looking for the manga.

In response to your second suggestion, it is possible to sort your list by latest release. You just go to 'My Lists' in the toolbar to the right, select the list you want to sort, and on the bottom of the page it will say 'Sort List' and different options. Just click 'by latest release' and click the 'update' button below the list.

That's about the closest thing you can do.
