I could facepalm too but since I'm great I'll explain to you why. 😎

First are you a scanlator? Probably not.

A scan is made like this:

1.Raw chapter gets cleaned
2.The japanese raw chapter gets translated
3.The translation gets proofread
4.The cleaned raw chapter gets typeset
5.The typesetted chapter get qualitychecked

Start from 1. again for each chapter.

Now into this section a lot of things plays a role.
If there's no cleaner or typesetter or editor (cleaner+typesetter in one) then you need to hire a new one.
If there's no proofread then a new one should be hired, the same with qualitychecker....same deal as above.
If there's no translator then a new should be found. Of course if the translator is slow, what should you do then? There's also the translator doing many projects and doesn't have time to be fast cuz face it Higanjima isn't the only manga out there, k?

The last thing that may stand in the way of your Higanjima is the staff is procrastinating or just plainly being lazy...or busy. What do you think the group should do then?

It's great that you got the raws to work with but I think the group does too. If not you can go and ask their website.

Lastly, a scan which you read in 5 mins...no wait it's 2 for Higanjima...can take weeks to be done, depending on how motivated and available the staff working on it is. Don't expect it to be out just because you haven't seen a release in 18 days. There are group who waste months for a release since they are too busy.

I hope it helps you with the answer you are seeking and will in the future help you understand why people facepalm on questions like these so you won't ask the same question.

/me goes to find a manga to read..one where they don't piss in their pants cuz a vamp is biting them. 🤣
