I want story with protagonist have some sort of past that affect him until now. The story have to be told from his point of view. So I want the story about how he overcome his trauma / past, not about him comforting his partner about his partner's past. It's a little confusing but I'm sure you get it. Please help me. The example maybe Takumi-kun. I'll be waiting for your recommendation. It's gonna be better if the setting is school life or university life, but thats not mandatory. Thanks

Well in Sakura Gari both of the people have sad pasts.
Silence is a good one, but it's not quite finished.
