Especially for shoujo... steamy love-triangle is in the runs, and it's the 10th and last volume, which will determine the winner of said triangle! You don't even get to open the book before you see the winner on the cover.

WHY?

I don't know...I wonder too, and this is why I don't like manhwas. I'm sick of loves-triangle, and IMO manhwas are same (boring).

Some manga are like that too, so in general I try not to pay too much attention to the covers except maybe the first volume.

Its like this for most manga with love triangles. Heck you dont even need to see the last cover. Just look and see who is on the most covers, shows up the most, has the most special side art w/ the heroine, and gets the most focus in the story. Its fairly easy to guess from the first few volumes. I dont really like love triangles because in most cases all the characters are annoying. There needs to be more raged yandere's killing off the obvious third-wheels and plot device characters. 😃
