The story is about a surgeon who messed up on a surgery and ends up letting his patient die, he blames himself for it and quits being a surgeon. After some time passes the surgeon meets a kid who really needs his help because he was going to die in a year.

I never finished reading the manga, so that is all I can remember about it. It would be of great help if someone can tell me the title, I really want to finish it. Thank you.
