Can you display manga genres next to their titles in user lists and new releases list? Or if you’re cramped on space maybe you can display it as a tool-tip or a little box using JavaScript.
It’s just that sometimes I want to pick a new manga with a specific genre from my wish list. Or check the releases to scout for new manga with genres that interest me. Right now, however, there’s no easy way to classify manga without opening it; which might take quite some time if I’m using a slow connection.
While I’m at it, why don’t you offer sorting of manga based on the number of comments (or useful comments)? I know this might sound silly, but I think that the more comments a manga has (and thus more controversial) the more interesting it is (not necessarily good though).
