You are grossly mistaken. Every release listed here on MangaUpdates was manually added by someone. We do not sync with anything.

Anyone can add any group or release information via the User CP. Everything is subject to approval. Submissions will be rejected if you do not follow our policies

Nope, all those are manual. MANGA Plus doesn't release that much actually, unless it's Sunday
