I can't remember the name but I think it involves the word Extreme in the title cuz there's another doujinshi of the same basic name "Sumthing* sumthing*" while this one is called "Sumthing* Extreme" the story goes like this: A scientist creates an invincible robot for the army I think. The robot in stasis in his tube watches a girl being raped or somthing bad is happening to her and he breaks out and saves her and continues to destroy all of humanity. Years later there's the girl grown up but she is an android with implants and is on a path to stop the unstoppable killing machine that loves her by killing it. Meanwhile there's another girl with the robot that looks exactly like her but with long hair instead of short-cut. and both the girls are linked somehow because when long hair blonde has sex with robot the other can feel it if you know what I mean. That's about as much as I remember from the first part.

this made me think of the manga eureka seven, although that isnt what you are looking for reading the plot description, but parts of it made me think of eureka seven,so maybe i can help a little bit.
