How do you spell/write with kanji- Fukuzawa Yumemiru?
Like the scene from Marimite,

Hey! Sadly I can't tell you exactly how to write that first name. I'll explain why later.
The surname is written as "祐巳", when they say that name, they divided the first kanji in two, to make it simpler and said the radical of the kanji ("ネ") plus a more known symbol that is easily identified ("右"). Both together make "祐". And then the last kanji ("巳"). Japanese people are aware how name kanji sound like and most names in Japan are composed by two kanji (like this surname) so usually when a person talks about three symbols, two are together as one. Japanese stuff.
This is a thing that happens often in anime and manga. They say their names but, unlike many of you think, kanji isn't as straightfoward to the point of saying a surname/name and knowing right away how that surname is written in Kanji. In fact, many names can have several ways of being written, some may even have hundreds of different combinations (I just checked "Yui" and that one has over 600 different ways of being written, for example). So, a thing people do in real life in Japan and that characters do in anime is, when presenting themselves, they explain how to write their name in kanji. Mostly if somebody else is writting the name down.
Now about that first name... I'm sorry for the question but... Is it an OC or something like that? Because that sounds a lot like a name international fans would make. This because it wouldn't be completely written in kanji but rather kanji and hiragana and it would have three symbols instead of the usual two. Anyways, that doesn't hit anything on any name kanji dictionary and, as I already stated, there isn't a "correct way" of written certain name in kanji that people who know Japanese but didn't read the manga/watched the anime would give right away. If it is the name of some character, the kanji of their name should appear in the credits of the episodes they appear in or they would be said at least once in the manga. My apologies but I've never read/watched Marimite, so I can't tell about that and in that case, the best people to tell about that would be not only someone who knows Japanese but rather someone who knows Japanese and who read the manga/watched the anime.

Exactly like hydrascarlet said. Japanese names have millions of way to be written/read.
So to know how, you'd need to have read the original Japanese version. On the Japanese wikipedia page of Marimite, it says Fukuzawa Yumi written like this 福沢祐巳.
I thought the character was called Yumemiru. Which didn't make senses to me until hydrascarlet replied to you.
I would like to point out that even though your post has nearly a 100 views, probably most people didn't understand your question, so they couldn't reply. At least that was my case.

I want the name to mean "fleeting dream."
In Kanji.

The name Yumemiru, was just something that I can up, for wanting to keep the "Y-u" in my story that I'm writing.
And I just took the what came up quickly.

The Fukuzawa part:

Fukuzawa Yukichi (福澤諭吉) is an important figure of the 19th century Japan (feel free to google, he was a cool guy~!), so by saying - "Fukuzawa from Fukuzawa Yukichi..." - they say that their last name is written the same as Fukuzawa Yukichi's, which writing is well-known (福澤).

Also one more point, Japanese name order is reversed to the English one, so Fukuzawa is the last name and Yume is the first name.
