I'm looking for romance manga that are about being in love rather than falling in love. Everybody should recognize their feelings quickly and act based on that rather than worrying about everything for a hundred chapters.

Backstage Prince fits these criteria, though it's not brilliant, and Nana to some extent, though its subject matter is wider.

I kinda don't expect many hits on this...the whole idea would tend to leave the author wanting for ideas, I'd think. For example, Backstage Prince is only two volumes!
