something like where the mc deals with great deal of emotions, or is struggling bcs of their problems and shows how they deal with it. preferably if it's realistic and not all the characters are psychopaths or something-- for instance, a silent voice. it doesn't have to be exactly like that, you know what i meaaaan.

i'm okay with highschool mcs, adult, anything and idc about the artstyle, i'm just looking for a decent psychological manga with a realistic plot. ty in advance.
