Hey guys!

Ive read this manga years ago about this one shot twin sisters. And one of the twins (main character) was in love with her sister's husband.

It was until her sister's husband was involved in an accident that took away his sight that the wife (other twin) didnt want to be involved with her husband anymore.

The main character decided it was her chance to get closer to her crush by pretending to be her twin sister and cared for her sister's blind husband.

Eventually, when his sight was improving, he found out that it wasn't his wife that was taking care of him but her twin sister.

And the main character confessed that she had been pretending to be his wife because she had loved him but knew it wasnt meant to be.

But the guy had already fell in love with the main character who had been taking care of him while he was blind.

And then in the end there was this reoccurring mention of a flower that was popping out through the manga but I forgot what t type of flower.

But in the end, he found her in the beach crying with that fake flower and he confessed his feelings to her and gave a bouquet of that fake flower. And they shared their kiss.

It's been a long time since I've read this and I've been trying to find this one shot everywhere.

I would very much appreciate if you guys happen to know the title of this oneshot.
