I read this manga a few months ago but can't remember the name. All three stories take place around the same cafe.

The first story features an older couple. The uke owns a cafe and runs into his old classmate on the street. They get dinner together, and the seme's ex boyfriend ends up punching the uke for "cheating". The uke then wakes up in high school and sleeps with the seme in the past, and they become a couple.

The second story is about a worker who works in the cafe who has a crush on his super attractive sempai. He stole his sempai's portrait/painting or something, and it turns out that the seme stole his painting too.

The third story is about a customer who goes to the cafe. He is in love with his younger friend with a pretty face. There's something about gifting a picture frame with a painting he made inside.
