Hey i read this manga a lot time ago and cant remember its name. All I remember about is:

Basically the girl is a transfer student from hiroshima/nagasaki/nagoya etc( I dont remember, she also has an accent of that place)

She falls in love with a playboy but gets over him.

The main guy (whom she chooses in the end) got jealous when some other guy touched her arm, he fell in love with her before she did.
I guess there was also a scene where the girl was crying in the bathroom of a restaurant and the guy said she a lot guts to do no2 in public place .

If somebody could please help me .
