I just have this gut feeling that the recent events will lead to the end of Shonen Jump's 3nd longest running series from the late 90s (with One Piece and HxH being the 2nd and 1st respectively). It seems like after defeating Madara, Naruto will have his epic showdown with Sasuke with the ending that both will die and will be honored by Konoha with a "New Valley of the End" something.... 😕

Possible but I don't think it will end before Naruto becomes Hokage.

I think that sasuke and naruto will still fight after the war ends no matter what sasuke's decision is. Then it will end.

I hope it ends. I hope sasuke doesn't return. If anything I just hope this manga still has a good ending. something unexpected or not imagined. That would be the perfect end for it. And I do want to see a finale between Naruto and Orochimaru.

Its ending but we arent seeying naruto vs sasuke... it will end with a flashback and we will know the fight happened because it. He will most likely leave that kind of a closed open ending 😛 to be able to come back and finish it if his next job sucks as hell.

Maybe naruto will be woken up by his father and it will have all been a dream he was having. How screwed up would that be.

I think that they won't end it with out there being another naruto/sasuke fight. Even if he choose not to destroy the village they will still fight. Otherwise it would be weird. It is something they have been building up for so long that it would be an awful ending to not have them fight.

when they announced that Naruto was ending soon, i guess soon for them is like 3-4 years!!! XD

Wait where do they state naruto is a flash back?!?! Please be specific. I've been reading since high school and i wish this sh*t would end , it had sooo much filler(a lot of glanced over acrs and it still makes sense). I'm damn near 30 and I still see no real end in sight ;_;. I'll be pissed if this is really a flash back (not at you guys for telling me though :3).

No no no, all it does is leave more loose ends and make no sense. Why do i need 2 sakura's? I'm looking at you ren. He still hasn't explained why destroying the leaf is sasuke's main goal when he really should hate madara and tobi (they tricked both the leaf and the uchia clan never intending them to succeed), we never learn why ochimaru needed the curse brand and sasuke when he seemed to be able to make himself immortal already, and what the tail beasts really are. No make it end before there's more plot holes and corners.

I don't have the need to pull a bleach just yet, I just skipped 80 something chapters while friends gave me overviews of what whats going on.

The moment Naruto turns into a drag queen is the moment i look for a place to end it, just like I did with bleach.

This manga is ultra lame at first then manages to become seriously good, and keeps the same level for a while... then Kubo forgets everything and is teh suck!!! is like Naruto... 9 LAME and sucky chapters for every good one...

But is good to see THE END (for me) at volume 46, chapter 415, page 10 and a half 🙂

It will definitely end. Don't try to prolong it anymore...please. unlike one piece or (sorry for saying this) even bleach, naruto has no room for new plot. The only possible way there will be a new arc is if kishimoto introduces an enitrely new arc with new characters. he's had a past for pretty much everyone now and he's pretty much done.

That being said, if he does make another arc, I'm sure bleach fans would be the first to say don't do it. They've experienced first hand what a bad idea pushing the author was (though bleach is getting somewhat better now). I'm highly against it as well. Just have the whole sappy sasuke miraculously turns good again by giving up his life for naruto as madara/obito tries to deal a finishing blow on naruto. then naruto gets a power up and beats madara/obito and life is good again because no one can actually die in naruto (edo tensei...).

Actually, there is a slight possibility that he might add a gaara past arc in which im pretty sure most people will look forward to, and is probably the only thing i approve of for the plot of anew arc.
