Please help me find the manga about tye relationship of the loan shark (seme) who was asking for payment from the prerty uke. The uke's a little dumb. I remember that the loan was taken out by his lover who had a kid. But she ran away and left the kid with him. I remember the seme commenting that the uke had a small dick and how could he have satisfied his previous lover with it. (Aparrently the woman got around.) The loan shark basically kept on piling up the debt. He even bribed the kid to scratch up his car so that he can get the uke more drowned in debt. Fast forward a few years they're still together.

The manga had a lot of stories and a very distonct art style. Very detailed dicks with hanging balls. But note really big bara men. Please help.
