I have been searching for ages so my memory of it receeds each time. It was most likely a manwha because of the art style and names, and im pretty sure it was newer. Im pretty sure it was in black and white but it could also be colored. Both the seme and uke had black hair. The uke was around 19, smaller but realistic frame. The seme was pretty bulky, older and I think he had a beard. In the first chapter the uke is taking out the trash at his work and finds the seme either unconscious or he can't get up and he finds a gun wound. He then calls for help and some of the semes gang members come to pick him up. I dont remember much of the plot but the uke had bandages on his wrists because he self harms and had a diary that the seme eventually finds. The uke is kind of unemotional and distant while the seme is kind of friendly and more submissive. The uke lives alone and im pretty sure the seme comes and lives with him. There were sex scenes.
