Suggestion: Add notification to users who add series and got approved from moderators

I have add new series around ~10 series but I don't know when my series that I added have approved from moderator/admin. There is no way to find and edit/update if I got new information. Please add feature to display previous added series. I think this one is useful.
P.S If that has way to find my previous added series, please tell me. thanks.
