OMG the most depressing school rumble chapter ever, this is the first time in this manga that I have ever felt any kind of sympathy for Tenma...I don't really hate her but this is the first time I was rooting for her to hook up with Karasuma if only for a little while. What do you think she will do? will she decide to stay by karasuma's side?

Yes she will, because from all i can see that harima will not have a chance with Tenma now. She is too deeply in love with Karasuma..she went all the way to America just to meet him for God sake. One more thing she is the type that will never give up until she sees it is futile to do so. She will try to revive Karasuma's memories. On the side note Harima might hook up with the Imouto-kun or miss Blondie. The Souh-hanai thing might be a bit one sided.

don't forget that Akira has shown interest in hanai, it was in one of the side stories where she actually kissed him so we might see some development there...

Harima should hook up with the blond or nurse cause he deserves better than Tenma........soo that's my opinion on the matter 😃

touching chapter... karasuma wasn't that sick (that made the last week's chapter to become weaker somehow) but still, poor tenma... too tragic to be school rumble, probably there will be a miracle òÖ
