I think it would be very useful if we were able to get notifications on mangaupdates.

a notification when people comment on a thread we started
a notification for when someone quotes us
a notification for when people reply in threads we were participating.

this would make the site more addicting, when we get the notifications we will rush to respond to the other person and conversations will turn out alot more active than usual.

There are many threads suggesting the same...for all three. I would link them but...yeah. No. XD A basic forum search would have returned many results.

We'd rather not spend precious resources on notifications about forum things. It's the same reasoning why we don't email you when there's a new release
