I'm like you, TC. There are some things I can't compromise, but overall, I'm open to different views.

I am quite open in anything even though some extreme things can make me cringe but as long as there is no crime or inhuman cruelty to anything or anyone- I would be open. But stuff such as swinger parties wont make me raise a brow though I have a bad tendency to join the crowd when people are of the same mind.... 🤨

Yes, to the point where it's annoying, I suppose.

Quote from Raeryn

I'm very open-minded and interested in what others have to say, as long as they aren't preachy about it. One never knows when a new idea can change one's life.
However, I do have a few things that I hold dear and will not change my mind about.

I fully agree with rae.

I fully agree with Rae and Bleed.

In my case, I'm pretty much open minded, but I still have some fixed opinions about certain topics and certain values I would hold even if it means ignoring pretty much everything else.

This is kinda how I am. I would only change my outlook on certain topics and values only if the person I'm discussing said topic/value with told me something that would really make me think twice about my opinion.

I consider myself very open-minded. I'll listen to what others have to say almost all the time, but I still have certain beliefs I'm definitely set on. For example, I don't mind reading and getting told about other religions, but I am a definite Atheist and will be for the entirety of my life.

I think I'm pretty open minded. I like listening to other people's opinions, but sometimes if they start lecturing or preaching, I get bored and tune them out. 😛 I'm okay with new ideas and such, and I don't mind changing my opinions and beliefs if the opposing argument is very persuasive or makes more sense.

I am cool with everything.
So cool that the rest of you
seem like HC christian republicans
in comparison.
There's barely any kind of conservatism in me,
if any at all.

I'm a christian republican, but not hardcore.
Still cool with just about anything.

Other than to idiots, ignorance and violence, my mind is open. For those three things, I become a total stickler.

I try to stay as open-minded as I can. I think that I won't understand the other person's way of thinking, unless I somehow see their point fully. I do, however, keep my own personal ideas-- and often don't say them out loud , since the other person might not be so welcoming to new ideas (or at times, I won't be). Most of us have moments where we shun other people's views-- like my mom when she talks about my clothing XD
