I'm a health nut. In the truest sense. I'm not one of those low-cal spelda freaks (heck no!), but one of those "all-natural" nuts. Pretty extreme about it, too. Heh. I don't smoke, drink, take any meds/drugs or anything of the sort. Don't eat animals. Don't eat heated stuff. Sounds limiting, but it only is if you think of it that way. I love what I eat. <3

I get a kick out of explaining to peeps at school how to make the food I eat.
"You put avocado in your pudding?!"

I should get more active, though. Maybe get involved in a sport or something...

If you need exercise, I think doing something fun is important.
Just going to the gym is boring and there isn't much motivation to stick to it... Go learn tap dancing or a martial art, join a yoga class or a team sport- there are lots of ways to get fit that don't involve monotony ^^

I'd love to know what you call yourself. Like vegetarian or vegan, or something? I was thinking about changing my diet like that also, but I do not know what it's called... if you could provide me with some info it'd be awesome!

If your hungry, eat. Starving yourself is a no no. Just make sure to eat the right thing.

I'm definitely not healthy.
Sugar is not my friend, but I love it anyways.

I do yoga, and will say without any reservations whatsoever, that's it the most dull, boring, monotonous thing there is (golf not withstanding).... what's worse is that the type of yoga I do (bikram yoga/hot yoga) is supposedly one of the most varied and challenging forms out there..... Bollocks!! >_>

Only reason I do it is because it helps a bit with the injuries I've had (sport, motorcycling, stupidity)

Any day, any time, regardless of the state of my health, I'd still take sugar over that raw foodist fetish veganist voodoo mumbo-jumbo you linked to. I mean, I love my sashimi and salads, but starting a whole movement/genre out of it is a bit much, in my opinion.

My health is...not good.

But I enjoy things as they are, so it's fine for now.

I love yoga. It's not as exciting as playing a sport but it works almost every muscle (if you're in a good class) and it's great for building both stregnth and flexibility. Plus its a great stress reliever with all the breath control. Yeah, but I would never do bikram yoga since in my opinion the heat just makes it hard to breathe. The most challenging yoga as far as exercise goes is definatley vinyasa yoga which focuses on flow and is often very fast paced with very little rest.

Fair enough, yoga is boring if you don't feel relaxed by it...
Pilates is a bit more fun, and I find it better for my joints than yoga is (more fluid movements, less time spent holding poses that hurt my hips/back/other sore spots).

Swimming is a great way to work around injuries too, since there is much less pressure on your body (but you work every single inch of it).
I love taking swim classes with old folks 😀

Pretty healthy...vegetarian & mostly cook at home from scratch, with whole grains, fresh fruits & veggies, etc. but I'm not extreme about it. I love cookies, brownies, etc. so I've come up with ways to make them less bad for you (please notice I'm not saying they're "good for you" 🤣 ). Most of my exercise is walking instead of driving (normally drive once per week - grocery shopping for four & then hauling it all back on the bus is not fun), and chasing my almost-three-year-old around.

I am definitely unhealthy, but I'm still alive and kickin'

I've been eating store foods and those microwave dinners for.. maybe half a year? I don't exercise regularly.. but I do walk a lot, and I drink more than a liter of water a day. I don't shy away from junk food or sugary crap.. unless I haven't eaten breakfast yet. Junk food gets me good if I haven't eaten breakfast yet. I brush my teeth twice or thrice a day, depending on what I had consumed.. I hate my fruits and veggies.. and the only meat I'll eat is beef.

But well.. could be worse. 🙂
(I realized the majority of what I talked about is food! LOL.)

Well, I ride motocross, so life in general is pretty boring when compared to it. I tend to feel more relaxed doing high energy/adrenaline sport, I guess.
Agree with you on the swimming bit. I visit the pool nearly every single morning or evening.
Never tried Pilates before, though.
