Crying might be the same as shedding tears according to Dictionary.com but I'll say I haven't cried. I have shed tears though =p There are a couple of manga and anime that really got me choked up and tears came or my eyes got really watery.

I almost always shed some tears when some long awaited romantic staff happening. Like last episode of Nodame Cantabile or last chapters of Ichigo 100% or Fruit Basket. Never do it for tragic events in manga and did it once at the end of Makoto arc in Kanon anime.

Well, now I feel myself so feminine, need some beer...

I nearly cried at Ayashi no Ceres. I'm not at all emotional but that was so sad they way it played out. A fantastic manga though, one of my all time favourites.

Like I can't believe Aki died in the end. It was a great ending but Aya went through so much. Her family trying to kill her, her father dying for her, her mother in a coma, then her friends dying, being sexually abused, losing Aki and just when you thought she might finally have so happiness after 2 years of Hell Tooya admits at the end he'll be dying soon as well just after he returns. Was so wonderfully told.

Yeah Kanon was pretty sad at some points... Auu-chan was one of my favorite chicks...

I bawled when Celebi died in the Pokemon movie.
Rofl, kidding. (Nex times i thinx pokemon i kilz miself, G4Y G4Y G4Y.)

I guess the end of Fate/Stay Night is the only thing I can think of... one of my favorite series.

I pretty much never cry (not at weddings, during long sad goodbyes, or because my dog got run over) but there were two anime's that got me sobbing like a little girl:

Simoun

Mamina's selfless death struck a big blow, and then of course to rub salt in the wound, the airship carrying her coffin was shot down and she was dropped into a beautiful field of flowers

Saikano

Sweet lovable Chise whose body is exploited as a deadly weapon by the Military. In the end she manages to save only her high school sweetheart from the complete destruction of the human race, though she herself no longer has corporeal form.

I hate to admit that I did not actualy cryed, make me fell so heartless... Like in my godfather's funeral... I had to make an effort so I could cry...

hey, i didnt cry when my great-grand father passed away. and he was like a dad to me.
sometimes you just cant cry bcuz of the shock...

It is worse because I wasn't in shock actually I was pretty calm, everyone else was bursting into tears so I made an effort.
fjgs19 is just soulless...

Just kidding 😛

yo thats kinda me but im a little more human. At my bachan's funeral i honestly was more bored than anythin else, but all that sombre buddhist stuff and seein my uncles crying and my dad strugglin to maintain composure, his eyes waterin... THAT made me cry, not some dead old lady (May she rest in peace)
