i read this forever ago and could never find it again so who knows if this was just a dream i had.

it was a manga about a lady who was finally able to get a job as an illustrator, but it's at a company that does NSFW art. i think the first delegate her to colour, then at some point to draw coochie? she does it unsatisfactorily and her r18 otaku coworker lectures her on how to draw it better. etc, etc, she redraws it well and her skill points in nsfw art are increased. there's some sort of psuedo romance with her coworker as he realises her commitment to do her job well. the wholesomeness was a little ironic considering they were drawing explicit anime girls.

i've been looking for this for a while and figured i would give this forum a shot! if you have any clue what this is or if it even exists, it would be a big help to my psyche.
