Hello, I've been looking like crazy for this shoujo(?) that I've read some years ago

The main girl is infatuated with this popular boy and receives the help of her deskmate (the blonde hair with glasses), who also happens to be his childhood friend, to confess to him

Main girl ends up falling in love with glasses boy instead. There's some minor drama bc glasses boy has a weird relationship of protection with this other girl friend of them (something like all the popular boy's fans jealous of her when they were younger) but they begin dating anyway

Eventually they break up, she gets with popular boy (who got dumped by 'other friend' and developed a crush on her), there's some love triangle drama, she gets pregnant, have a miscarriage (!) and then gets back with glasses boy. Oh, and 'other girl' develops a crush on this older guy who gives advice to her

As you can see my memory is not that useful, and the plot is also kinda all over the place. So I'd be really grateful if anyone happens to identify this manga in the mess above
