Read It Once, Now Need It For An Example...

Okay, basically I'm putting a proposal for a book of my own (English novel) out to an editor I know and I need an example of this basic sort of plot going over well. Only example of it I could think of or even find obscure reference to was a hentai manga.
There may have been more in it but the part I'm looking for is a girl going out with a guy, who finds out that when she takes her clothes off she gets younger. The more clothes she has on the closer to her actual age and the more she takes off the younger she gets (until around "loli" status). I think that part was a few chapters long but...
My book is about that sort of age alteration (only actually physically possible, disease/genetically driven) effecting a relationship. Please help.

Well, ill take a crack at finding it, do you remember if its translated or not first of all
any other spur of the moment details you can remember will help aswell

Thanks! It was translated into English, and I'm not sure but I think the story I'm looking for was a couple chapters out of a longer or multiple storyline manga.

Finally found it: it was "Gouhouteki Minisize". A guy emailed me after reading my pre-publish... I shall now wipe this entire thing from my mind.
