Hi everyone, I just finished reading all of the chapters of Negima, and I a question.

[spoiler]In chapter 335 Was the last boss (I don't know his name but the "god" guy) of the series really Negi's dad? If so, why was it Negi's dad? Did I miss something? Or was it just Negi thinking that he wanted to find his dad after he killed the final boss? I am sooooo confused on that part.
