There was this seme, wanting to go out with a homophobic uke. But the uke was homophobic because he has been raped in the past. I know it's not a lot of information, but I don't know much else, besides that I know I liked the story. I tried searching in the "rape" category, but you know, there are just waaaay too many and if I don't exactly know how the story went, it's a little hard. D; Please help?

Love Home? The uke isn't so much homophobic, but sometimes hallucinates.

You could try the Homophobia category. There are mangas like Sono Koi ni wa Wake ga Aru (homophobic, but doesn't talk about being raped in the past), Blood (I haven't read it yet), Abarenbou Kareshi (people like groping him, so he is homophobic), Reverse!? (homophobic, but doesn't talk about being raped in the past)...
