What i remember is that a boy is watching tv and an idol Comes up and the boy say it's his old friend next door. Then the boy wants to give him a present but is puched to the ground by all the girl fans, the idol then helps him up and recognize him. They later in the manga have a complicated relasonship misunderstanding the otherside and such but still love eachother.

Venus Plus is kind of similar ish? 😕
