its about this girl whose father and mother r in the entertainment industry. so when her parents go away for work she is left in the hands of her "uncle" which is actually a adopted son of her father. So he works at a hotel and she is forced to move in his apartment. She falls in love with him a first sight. the first time they met was under a sakura tree so she gets close to him and he kiss her. so a few chapters later she confess her love to him. eventually in the end of the story (i think it has 3 volumes) she gets married to him and they have 2 children.

i think its Ai Hime ~ Ai to Himegoto, im 80% sure tht this is the manga ur looking for. tho i didnt read it, this manga has similiar description as u wrote. about not related by blood uncle,he has to take care of her, and they meet under the sakura tree and he kisses her.
