Sometimes when I win something I'll laugh like a maniac. Does that count as rubbing it in?

when it gets nasty, thats wrong. my "best freind" used to constanly go on how much money she had and say how many thousands she had in savings. i used to struggle to buy lunch cause at the time my family was really poor. bitch >:-(
