What the above two said. 'Hellsing Ultimate', which shares the same story as the manga 'Hellsing'.
The anime 'Hellsing' (sans ultimate) had a different plot that wasn't nearly as good, even though they share several characters, including Alucard and Seras.
IIRC, it was a similar deal as what happened with FMA and FMA Brotherhood, where the Anime did its own thing, then, once completed, the manga got it's proper representation with Ultimate.
