Full Metal Panic! Sigma to End at 19th Volume
Manga artist Hiroshi Ueda confirmed on Tuesday that he is ending the Full Metal Panic! Sigma series at the 19th volume. Ueda launched this spinoff based on Shoji Gatoh's light novel series in Kadokawa Group Publishing's Monthly Dragon Age magazine in 2005, and Kadokawa will publish the 18th book volume on December 8. The manga began by adapting the storyline from Gatoh's pivotal Owaru Day by Day (Ending Day by Day) light novel volumes (volumes 4-5).
Full Metal Panic! Sigma is one of several Full Metal Panic! manga titles that has yet to be published in North America. However, Tokyopop did publish one Ending Day by Day novel volume from Gatoh last year before shutting down its North American publishing operations. The Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid anime series adapted the same storyline, and Funimation released this anime in North America.
Ueda has also been drawing a manga adaptation of Sunrise's Tiger & Bunny anime in Shueisha's Miracle Jump magazine since last year.

So is the story completed?
Or will there be a need for another sequel?

Completed, no need for another sequel. Read it a while ago.
