From what I remember, it is about how a younger brother falls in love with the older brother's best friend. He admired him when they were younger but it turned into something more. So one day (this is a flashback) the younger gives the friend a hickey when he was asleep on the couch. The younger brother did not know he was actually awake and triggered the friend's weird condition where whenever he gets touched he gets turned on. After that day the friend has been avoiding the younger brother. They grow apart as time passes. One day the younger brother comes home and sees the friend waiting for the older brother to come home. The younger brother touches the friend's shoulder and things escalate from there.
