I usually find ways to cheer myself up but today I can't seem to no matter how hard I try.

I slept well last night so I don't think it's a lack of sleep.

How do I cheer myself up?

I'm usually cheerful and lively so being in a bad mood is really annoying.

I might not give great advice, since I tend to flee my problems instead of settling them, but I know that when I feel depressed, I usually go back to the warmth of my bed, put my favourite music on really loud, close my eyes, and think of nothing, just listen to the music, until I feel really better. It usually works for me. 😃
But when it doesn't, I buy cookies and eat a whole pack by myself (not good for self-esteem & weight though), or I go to a friend's and I watch some really funny show on TV. There is also the whole "get drunk" solution, but that never worked out well for me, so I would most definitely not recommend it... 😔

I know a way but first tell me how old you are so I know if I can suggest it or not.

This sounds fishy. 😎

Ways of cheering up differs for different people. I tend to lie down, put my headphones on, and shuffle all songs in my iPod whenever I feel down. Bonus when I'm eating roasted almonds while listening. Another thing I do is bully (bothering him) our pet bird. XD

Another suggestion would be to read the misfortunes of other people, it may make you feel better. (Note: I don't mean tragic accidents and stuff, just embarrassing moment of other people.)

Thanks everyone but it's ok now since I went to watch a movie in the cinema with my friend and it was so good that I immediately cheered up 😀

I agree. Music is a haven for me. I play the most chilled out drum and bass I have and blast it. Always makes me feel better.

yeah, I agree with everyone else.
Music makes you feel a lot better, so does ice cream and so do close friends. <3

I'm not feeling that cheerful either having heard about the M5 crash. Currently listening to music, but I'd usually go for reading or watching comedy shows.
