Trap manga without ...

Hello,
I love trap manga with romance, but I'm tired of the trope where just about every other male in the manga falls for the trap too (or starts creating "fan clubs" or whatever)--despite knowing the trap truly is a trap. In such manga, society generally encourages the protagonist to be honest with their feelings for the trap and supports them, whether it's from the protagonist's peers or even family. An example would be Prunus Girl.
I'm not sure if it exists, but what I'd rather see (and what I'm looking for) is a trap manga where society is disapproving of it, e.g. the protagonist's peers actually thinking he is weird. I don't necessarily mean a manga focused on the serious challenges of homosexuality (what I'm seeking could be a pure comedy too). I'm just tired of the trope and I think the alternative would be interesting.
And if there is no such trap manga, then I'm willing to have recommendations for a non-trap, "plain" homosexual main relationship if the aforementioned "conflict with society" theme is strong (but only if it isn't too overtly shoujo, if that makes any sense)

Wandering Son is sort of what you are looking for. The main character wants to be a girl, so I don't think calling him a 'trap' is politically correct.
