Looking for weird crow manga

This is really obscure, but if anyone can tell me what this is I'd be very grateful, and very surprised actually because I've been looking for ages and have never seen anything like it:
I found a book on the train years ago but I have no idea what it's called because it's written in Thai... I showed it to a Japanese friend of mine and she said some kanji that featured on shop-fronts were backwards, so I'm thinking it was originally Japanese and was translated into Thai and flopped so that it read the other way.
I can't read Thai, so I'll try to explain what I think was going on... But it's also book three so it isn't even the beginning!
Two men and a woman are walking through a swamp, and the smaller man, who is wearing a long coat and a hat falls in a deep puddle (or something, my memory isn't very good). They continue on and they meet what looks like buddha with lots of booze and girls, and the smaller man starts having a good time drinking with the many girls. I can't remember exactly how it happens but the smaller man drinking somehow leads to him being 'ingested' by this giant naked woman, but somehow the other two are able to defeat the giant woman and the man is left in a big puddle of gloop, from which he eventually emerges... as a woman.
Stuff happens and I have no idea what any of it means (like he/she gets into a fight in a street and gets felt up by a man in a public toilet)... anyway this man he/she's with suddenly goes a bit weird and turns into a half-man half-bird thing and tries to attack her. Later on she fights a whole load of dark bird people, and she meets a woman with one eye (the other eye is red or something) who uses her earrings as whips that cut her opponents. Then they meet a guy with long white/silver hair who the one-eyed woman speaks to as though she respects him (the only thing I dared to ask a Thai person about) so I think he's her 'master'; there are some flashbacks showing that the one-eyed woman also used to be a man and was turned into a woman by the guy she respects... anyway during a fight the respected man uses a technique that involves uniting energy from his eyes together into a blast with his hand, and at some point he loses both of his eyes so he like... gouges out what's left and uses it to blow something up... I'm not sure...
There is so much weird stuff going on. This is the kind of manga where the females get naked A LOT and there's a lot of fighting. It seems you can't beat these people unless you chop their heads off because they can be stabbed, melted, beaten to a pulp and still regenerate pretty quickly.
I'll stop there because that's quite a lot already, although there is more. I have no idea who the publisher is because the book had very little on it to identify itself, although if the mystery of what the heck it is remains unsolved I can probably wrest it back from the friend who has it and scour it until I find something potentially useful.
Hope somebody has a vague idea! It all looks very weird written out like that, kind of like I made it up, which I promise I didn't!

I have no idea, but if you can get the manga back from your friend, it might help to post an image.

I'm on it. The friend just moved house so the book is probably in a box somewhere, but when I get it back I'll scan the cover and a few pages in.
... How do I upload images? I have 10 and they took me aaaaages.

Do you have them on your computer? If so, upload them on an imagesharing sites like PhotoBucket(account needed) or ImageShack(no account needed).
Then use the IMG file extension, and paste it on the forums.

Is that any good? I have a feeling you can only see them if you sign into it. This whole uploading thing seems complicated; I couldn't get my head round ImageShack, it mentioned thumbnails and there is no way anyone could see anything from a thumbnail. I could send the scans to someone via email, if anyone thinks they could do it?! I'm rubbish, I never got the whole "embedding" thing...
Also, now that I have the book with me, I can say that it is by "New Project Comics" and says something about "Saifar Book", it also features a train with a plaque "C6243", I swear I looked that up ages ago and it was actually a train used during the war or something, although I've tried looking it up just now and found pictures of shoes... 😕 Other than that there is absolutely nothing in English to help.

Uh oh you double-posted. Hope the mods don't get mad at you for that. Happened to me once when I did it accidentally and I got warned.
Never mind they fixed it.

this looks and sounds awesome. all the characters probably have some mild cultural reference about them that wouldn't translate at all and would just make them seem randomly awesome

That's it! Yasha Garasu. Thank you TheDark! I'm looking into it now; can't find any in English but I might be looking in the wrong places. Very excited about this! It's so weird but I've developed a fondness for it, seeing as it was my only manga other than a few second hand Dragonball books for years and years.
I didn't realise I'd double posted, sorry about that!
