I'm thinking of baking a cake tomorrow and I can't decide what kind of cake to make. That or at least some kind of baked good, like cupcakes or something. I'm vegan so it has to be a baked good that can be made vegan 🙂
Edit: pretty much everything has a vegan substitute. 😀

Simple make a chocolate layer cake...or atleast i think chocolate is vegan

Things I enjoy:

1. Badassery. I love being, doing, and living it. I also enjoy seeing it as it usually makes me cry man tears.

Things that I hate:

1. Wimpy protagonists.
2. Girly protagonists (if they're men).
3. Douchie protagonists.
4. Idiotic protagonists.
5. Over-the-line rude protagonists.

There's always cheesecake.

chocolate has milk in it and so does cheese. i dont think vegans eat milk, do they? but you could always go with my favourtite. CARROT CAKE!!!!! YUMMY!!!!

Vegans do not eat milk but there is always almond milk or soy milk! 🙂 I love carrot cake. I'm thinking maybe a combination of something. What kind of flavor goes well with carrot cake? Usually I make chocolate lemon cake or chocolate cake with almonds, but I want to try to make something different!

It's odd but whenever I'm baking or cooking I start to make up commentary like the people on the food network. I always end up imitating Paula Dean 🤣

A basic vanilla/white cake with lemon buttercream icing is really tasty - I made one for my youngest son's early 4th birthday party yesterday and all the adults were saying how good it was. 😃

But...I used butter & eggs, so it might turn out differently if you use vegan ingredients. (BTW, baking is one of the main reasons I'm vegetarian rather than vegan - without real butter & eggs, it's just not quite the same.)

I used to think that too until one day I started eating vegan baked goods and I realized I actually liked the taste better than baked goods with butter and eggs. I just never liked the taste of real milk. The hardest part was cheese lol though I can't quite recall the taste now so I don't mind 😀

Make something with lemon curd in it... a layer between poppy seed lemon cake or in a tart.
