I remember that it was about a girl that moved to a small town (maybe countryside) and she meets a boy almost immediately. They become friends but it's obvious they like eachother. I think they start dating but then she has to move back to the city (probably Tokyo). The manga follows her life as she grows up and i think the chapters are named after the age she is and maybe season it is. In the end, she's an adult.
