from what i recall...it was something like 2 boys (idk if there were friends, brothers, orphans or what) were sold (adopted?) into to a family. one was in the house getting pampered or something...the other would have the do work and satisfy the master guy. the master dude would take the less fortunate boy out back and do the nasty in like a shack or something.

And I think the older bro goes to the hospital, and lil bro moves out. Only to eventually figure out he loves the seme? Ha ha. I just saw that line after I posted this. So, I went and checked it afterwards, noticing we were talking about the same manga. LOL. Oh well.

xD i figured every1 wud think it was Saihate no Kimi e.... 🙁 but it isn't...i think that it was like a compilation of one shots...or just a one shot o.o

What stands out most in my mind is this one scene (they only showed it once) where the pampered boy caught the other boy being molested doggy style in a shed or something by the master. After that the pampered boy's attitude changed against the other boy. I forget whether it was for good or worst. Is this the same manga that you're looking for? I still can't find it and now it's bothering me.
