It is not a shoujo manga though there is a shoujo manga very similar in plot. I think it has horror in it or at least something dark in it, maybe mature genre. Its about a long haired girl (quiet type) transferring into a class and she falls under the eye of a guy who actually manipulates every one, maybe a sort of secret king. He is a long haired guy too and he decides to target her too. The drawing style isnt pretty, almost reminiscent of horror manga style art. This is a type of manga Omanga could have scanlated...................... any one know this one?

Maybe Goth ? Probably not but I can't think of anything else.
