Genre filtering on Series Stats ranking list.

Firstly I'd like to say if this feature is already present somehow, I apologize for my ignorance.I would like to propose the addition of selective filtering to the manga series stats rankings, my interest in particular is genre filtering. The argument for is the benefit in having the ability to not see genres that don't interest you and to see how specific genres are popular in their own genre circle. Besides the obvious cons of requiring additional coding there is a possibility that this feature won't be used enough to justify its addition. Depending on how much coding is required this may change but I believe that this is a feature that one the whole will benefit the site.

I was just thinking the same thing! As far as I know there isn't a feature like this, but I'm still quite new to the site so I wouldn't know. I tend to enjoy horror or psychological themed manga so being able to see the top rated/ most popular manga in these catagories would be useful since these types of manga don't seem to have as much popularity as other genres such as action and romance. I would like to propose demographic filtering as well. I think introducing a feature like this would be very useful

You can filter genres out, using this search method, but there's no way of applying it to the series ranking.
Series stats ranks them using activity logs - how many people updated the manga on their list in the last week/month/3m/6m/year period. Genre search only allows you to rank series alphabetically, chronologically or by their ratings.
You can PM me if you need a temporary (freelance) cleaner/redrawer for some project. Especially if it's something with nice art.
Being the lazy person that I am, I'm not likely to accept anything long-term though.
