i remember it starts off with a couple in their apartment and one of them was making ramen then i think they had a fight and one of them runs out. i think he ran to their friend doctors apartment or smth. stuff happened and his boyfriend and the doctor were looking for him and bumped into him at the subway stairs and the guy gets pushed down by his boyfriends ex and he falls and sprains his ankle and the doctor catches him.
