Agreed, that felt a bit rushed.

Still, it was quite interesting, especially about this M character. As for the lower half of whoever it belongs to, can't be certain it's Buggy or not.

I don't think that half-man is Buggy. He's too tall to be Buggy.
But I do think that the Shichibukai he's mentioning is Buggy. Possibly Buggy now is able to split bodies of others.

But overall the chapter was good as usual.

The crew is in trouble again. Without their navigator (if they take them somewhere) only Robin and Usopp have the brains. Was good they split the intelligence team in two because how would Luffy and Zoro find the rest of crew? 🤣

Interesting how everyone just started talking about Buggy and giving him additional powers, forgetting that there's already someone who has appropriate powers to split others and is more likely to gain the status of a Shichibukai - Trafalgar Law. Personally, I don't think it's him but it's at least a more likely possibility than Buggy.

Dont think legs have the ability to talk with Trafalgars skill 😮 nor does Buggy so i can only conclude its highy likely to be something entirely different, either that or the legs has a walky talkie or something alike
