If you want to publish, then chances are you'd have to start in Indonesia first and hope that you're successful enough. Or use an international publisher if that's possible, and if you know of one.

we all ready have publisher in dindonesia, but we wont try for publish our other manga in outsite indonesia please we just need the lingk

I don't know how willing any of those publishers would be, but I know some of them take on manga style comics.

If you already have a publisher, I'd assume the best bet would be to talk to them about publishing outside of Indonesia, surely they'll know people in the industry and be happy to help you.
