Is there a Japanese equivalent of this website? Like, one that tracks the releases of JP manga / LN as opposed to this one that does translated into ENG manga / LN?

Almost every 'raw manga site'. Just search the terms 'raw manga' in your favourite search engine and the top results would be the one. Raw1st is one of the popular ones. There is of course also Jcafe, but stuff from that site are from Share or those public raw sites.
