I'm looking for a specific yaoi that I read some time ago and was curious to re-read, but I'm not finding it.

It was mainly about a fairly normal main couple from what I remember except one of them looked young, but I'm pretty sure it was a case of looking young but actually being the same age as the other one.

However, the other guy had a dark past of sexual abuse at the hands of an older "friend" when he was young, as his family was a bit absent and didn't notice anything odd going on for quite a while.

I have a very vivid memory of the abuse being found out by his father because he bathes with the son once and notices hickeys, so he realizes what's going on and he goes to threaten the abuser so that he will leave immediately and never contact the son again.

The son does not know of this and even as he grew up he thinks the abuser was the one who chose to leave on his own, and never really got over this thing. If I remember well, the other partner in the main couple finds out the truth when he meets the abuser by chance.

I thought it was by C.J. Michalski as the artstyle reminds me of it but I am not finding it in her titles, though I might have missed it!

If it rings any bells, please let me know! I'm mostly curious as it's been ages since I read it and I wonder how well the issues were handled compared to what I remember of it.
