I don't know if this may be helpful in the future but i thought of a new way to get cleaning done faster or more supportively.
Something like creating a list of all of the pages in a chapter's raws and then having a picture of them appear and then someone marks that they will clean them and then when they finish they upload it and it gets reviewed to see if its up to par to use.
in other words:

-Group uploads the raws to a directory/gallery that need to be cleaned
-People that want to help but feel that 20-40 pages long is too much can come and help with a few pages
-They submit the pages for a quality review and if they only have a few tiny mistakes then the mistakes are fixed by either the person or they are relisted with what needs fixed
-Once the pages are accepted those raw pages are moved to the completed cleaning folder
-The other pages are finished by multiple people who wish to help and they get done.
-The chapter is completely cleaned

Sorry if this isn't a very good idea but i myself want to helping groups by cleaning but i always back out of applying because my skills lack in certain areas and my schedules aren't good so i cant really make a commitment to clean a entire chapter but i could work on a couple pages here and there.

Q. But how will we list who cleaned the chapter if so many people do it?
A. Thats simple. On the chapter's page about the people who did what all you have to do is put the role of the cleaner last on the list and then list all of the names of the people that helped out.

Q. Why would we want to do this?
A. When pages that have to be cleaned hit the double digits it starts to feel overwhelming for some people so making a way that people can help but not feel burdened is to make it so they only have to commit to what they feel they can help with. Such as someone who can do everything but redraw difficult areas, they can submit the chapter with a note that they need help redrawing a section and someone who wants to help with it can.
