Just what topic says: i was pretty sure it was called X-Ray, but apparently i was wrong. Anyhow, the manga was about a guy, who doesn't give a single f**k about the world, but who has a super eye (uchiha style) that can see the future and change it at will. I believe he was referred in the manga as "black king" and was hunted by some sort of organization, ruled by someone with similar power.
